INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups almonds flaked

  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil extra virgin

  • 2 tablespoons raw honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a small pot on the stove and stir through the honey.

  2. Add the flaked almonds to a mixing bowl and pour over the coconut oil and honey.

  3. Spread the mixture between 10 muffin patties and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until the coconut oil solidifies.
