INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt the coconut oil in a small pot on the stove and stir through the honey.
Add the flaked almonds to a mixing bowl and pour over the coconut oil and honey.
Spread the mixture between 10 muffin patties and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until the coconut oil solidifies.
