INGREDIENTS
50g almond meal
200ml unsweetened almond milk
30g vanilla vegan protein powder
1/2 tsp. stevia
1 tsp. vanilla extract
50ml filtered water
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
METHOD
Add almond meal and almond milk to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
Add in protein powder, stevia, vanilla extract and water and stir through. Cook for a further minute, or until thickened.
Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with cinnamon to serve.
