INGREDIENTS
2 cups almonds raw, lightly chopped
1 cup oats
1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup dried cherries
3 tablespoons honey
METHOD
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine all ingredients except honey. Once well combined, gradually add the honey and mix well. Some clumps should form in the mix. Spread the mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, remove and stir. Return the granola to the oven and cook for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely before serving.
