INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp. (5ml) extra virgin coconut oil

  • 70g firm tofu, sliced into strips

  • 10ml tamari

  • 1 tsp. chilli flakes

METHOD

  1. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over a medium to high heat.

  2. Add in tofu strips and cook on each side for 2 minutes.

  3. Add in tamari and stir through for 1 minute. Toss through chilli flakes.

  4. Divide tofu into two portions. Serve one portion as a snack and refrigerate remaining portion for tomorrow's leftovers.
