INGREDIENTS

  • 150g deli turkey (all natural)

  • 4 tsp. cream cheese

  • 2 tsp. chives

  • 2 cups rocket leaves

METHOD

  1. Lay the turkey slices out and evenly spread the cream cheese over the turkey

  2. Sprinkle the chives over the cream cheese

  3. Layer the rocket over the top

  4. Starting at one end of the turkey, roll up towards the filling. Continue rolling until the filling is enclosed

  5. Divide the snack into two serves

  6. Serve one and refrigerate the second snack for tomorrow's leftover
