INGREDIENTS:
1x, 2x, 3x
1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 cups mixed berries frozen (10 oz)
1 banana frozen
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 TBS honey
2 TBS vanilla protein powder optional
1 cup spinach optional
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all ingredients in the container of a high-powered blender (Vitamix) in the order listed.
Blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high.
Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, or until the smoothie is smooth with no lumps.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
